I should have been clearer with my question, this isn't about game tries but rather to reevaluate your hand after partner makes a game try.

I think trial suit is the same as help suit?
My bad. Anyway, I think there are two different forms of game tries showing length in a second suit. There's help suit trials and long suit trials, and they ask for a different kind of hand evaluation opposite - though that gets pretty nuanced. I'm not sure which is meant with 'trial suit' - usually when I've seen people use that it's due to a failure to distinguish between the two (sorry). There's also short suit trials, and ways to combine them with Kokish.
However, the two game trials that in my experience score best are the Good Old College Game Try and a low-information game try. All this information leakage at the 3-level helps the opponents more than us, so maybe don't do it? With one partner I played that on 1M-2M we had 2NT and 4M as game tries, and all other bids were slam tries (new suits long, jump shifts splinters). We didn't play it for long enough to come up, but at least the game tries were golden!
