Currently, when you include a non-ascii unicode character, eg an emoji, in a Mail Message, Mail Message deletes everything past the first emoji
EG, send

and the message will be Pass=0-20No5+
I am told this is not a bug!!
So I have to suggest that Mail Message supports unicode characters, like chat and the rest of the internet does.
