In Chicago bridge played with pivoting to change partnrrs, my understanding is that the player who is the first dealer after cutting the cards for the first round becomes the pivot.

For the second and subsequent rounds, who deals the first hand? Since partnerships are determined by the pivot, is there another cut just to determine the first dealer?
