I see that my tournament completion percentage dropped off to 89. How do I find the reason. Do cancelling registration also count for dropoffs. Also, how many games i must play to get it up to 90%

TCR counts the last 60 days, rolling.

The math is simple: floor(100*finished/total).

It is a measure of disruptiveness, so the reason for not finishing is not relevant.

With your numbers (and assuming you wouldn't lose tourneys due to old age), you need to play in 22 tourneys, finishing them all, to reach 90%.

Cancelling a registration doesn't count as a drop. You have to start the tourney but not finish it.

i have played 50+ tournaments and still the percentage hasn't moved. I looked at my hands and my completion percentage seem to be 95+% but, my account seems to be stuck at 89. Could this be some technical issue?

You played in 289 tournaments in the 60 days before your post. You finished 261 of them.

My TCR just went from 88 to 87 right after I completed a tournament... That doesn't make sense!?

We recalculate this once a day. You must have played around the same time as this was running.
