My TCR is not upgraded every 10 tournaments I completed

It's not updated every 10 tournaments, it's updated once a day. It calculates it from all the tourneys you've played in the past 60 days. You have to have played at least 10 tournaments in the past 60 days to update it.

You've played 253 tournaments and dropped out of 3 of them. So you've completed about 99% of them, which is your TCR.
