Asking bids are overrated.

1 (strong) - 1 (natural)
2 (natural) - 2 (natural)
3 (natural) - 3 (1st or 2nd round control)
3NT (serious) - 4 (1st or 2nd round control)
4 (kickback RKC) - 4NT (zero)
5 (ask queen) - 5 (K + Q)
6 - Pass

Of course relays work too:

1 (strong) - 1 (4+, 5+ hcp, 2-6 RP)
1 (relay) - 3 (6421 in that order)
3 (relay) - 4 (6 RP with 0 or 2 of AKQ)
4 (relay) - 5 (1 or 3 of AKQ, 0 or 2 of AKQ)

Playing Italian style 2/1 it might easily go:

1 - 1
2 - 4 (SPL)
4 (CTL) - 4 (CTL, !)
4NT (even KC) - 6

Relay point. There's a few different ways to count them but the standard is A=3, K=2, Q=1 (as opposed to 'controls', A=2, K=1), possibly with adjustments for honours in short suits.

A.k.a., QPs (Queen points), or even ZZ points if you happen to read the AEC club notes :).

Any system that identifies the singleton club and the Q in the south hand will get to game.

We bid

1 1 - 4+ hearts
1 1NT - 4+ spades unbalanced
2 3 - 6=4=2=1
3 3NT - 4-6 queen points (stiff Q does not count)
4 4 - 4 queen points
4 4NT - weak diamonds (no top honour) so at least Hxxxxx Qxxx xx x, could be K (and Q).
5 5 - two spade honours, one heart honour, no J.
