Apologies; the forum is broken and BBO aren't interested in fixing it, so nobody can read your post (you didn't do anything wrong).

You can try replying with a single word comment saying 'test', then edit it, and typing your message, if you think there's a chance they have a greater level of support for the main software compared to here.

Or a bit safer, type your message wherever you want (even in a tab of this forum) then Copy and Paste it over the single word message you posted or replied.

If your problem is that you have moved from a PC to a tablet and lost the History window then it looks like BBO have still not changed this dumb choice (many tablets have screens with at least as many pixels as the average PC), despite previous protests here.
