speech control in bbo use speech to play and bid

a long term bridge in our club has lost her ability to use her hands due to a health issue. Is there a way that she can use speech to bid and play the cards?

In Accounts - Settings you(or someone) can turn on Keyboard entry for bidding/play, then use Windows/Mac speech recognition.
Ditto for opening programs and navigating via spoken commands. Google it.
