Assuming you are looking for ACBL masterpoints, click on ACBL World from the home page and select one of the games listed under Type = Individual that are currently Running. If the Title says Daylong, you have to wait until the end of the day when everybody has finished playing to get final results. Or click on the tab for ACBL Instant Tournament and you can play in previously completed ACBL robot tournaments. When you are finished, you get your final score right away.

Yes you can. Like Johnu explained, look for the games marked as "Individual" and you'll be assigned a partner automatically: a robot in the robot games, or another player, with partner changing every round, in the "human" games.
