Problem is that I can't play the game because North don't click the cards.

North isn't at the table. If you see "(reserved)", that means the space is ready for the player, but they aren't sitting down.

Go to youtube and put "how to set up a table on BBO" into the search. You'll find 5+ instructional videos.
Watch them and most of your problems will be solved.

I saw that game started automatic when you finished contract. But I don't play card as attacker because they do not go into a state to click it. Everything else is set, invited partner, 2 robots, specified bidding.

For the second, notice that there's nobody sitting East or West, not even "Robot".

If you're playing a bidding table? Well, nobody plays.
If it's a teaching table? Then the teacher can (if it's set up correctly) play cards for E-W.
If it's the main room? I don't know how the bidding happened, but the defenders have left the table.

See 0:08 of your video.

A bidding table is just that - a table where you get to practise your bidding, and then look at all the hands and discuss how it should have gone. No play. Once you're done discussing the hand, hit "redeal" in the menu.

If you want to play against robots, go to Casual, then "Start a table", and set up your seats as you did.

Probably you don't play without money against robots. How goes paymant in BBO? Can you play something without money?

To play with robots at a regular table you have to pay (except on the 1st day of every month). Advanced robots cost 1.99 BB$/day, basic robots cost 2.99 BB$/week. Click on the "BB$" button at the top of the screen to purchase BB$ using a credit card or PayPal.
