Maxed out. Why?

Why is 20,000 the maximum for the free daylongs.
"Free Daylong (MP) 2023-03-21 - in. - running - 20,000 - Free"
===> "Could not register - maximum number of registrants reached.

They want people playing (and paying) in multiple sections. BBO is all about $$$$$ ever since the new owners.

I received the same message today when trying to register for the Free Daylong IMP Tournament.
