Under Solitaire there is an infinite stream of "Just Declare" hands that are supposedly all makeable.

Does that mean always makeable by all those with flawless bridge logic, or does that mean always makeable provided the player makes some lucky guesses?

Thanks

The latter; they're all makeable double dummy, as opposed to if making the best bridge decisions. Of course, you can use the fact that they're makeable to work some things out about the opponents' hands too.

Keep in mind that Double Dummy shows the maximum tricks IF all finesses, squeeze plays, end plays, etc. are executed flawlessly. In other words, if you play the board with all hands exposed.
