Special RKC Response

Anyone heard about something like Special RKC response where trump Ace is considered 1.5 key cards and trump K is considered 0.5 keycard?
Seems to be interesting!

Would work fine if one adopted systemic tempo variations (or insufficient bids) to show 0.5 keycards.

You might be thinking about Ken's VKCB convention. Even if not, that seems like a sensible place to start.

NO Some system very artificial relay based like Forcing pass and M.O.S.C.I.T.O .
use RP count (AKQ) so you may ask there value
in short A=3 k=2 Q=1 J=0
a 15+HCP have around 9 RP sometime less somtime more
you can also use Control when A=2 k=1

I've not come across this before, but I guess you struggle with a Queen ask where the response to 4Trumps+1 is 4Trumps+3?
