How to setup ui for robot races. I need ui to show bidding constantly and tournament situation, specifically I need to see current total points and reward standings all the time. I would prefer very much to have the old flash ui if possible.

I have to say, the new software is too clunky for robot reward tournaments.

Yes, Robot Reward doesn't work very well with the new system at all - it's very laggy; sometimes I see the hands, hear the beep that it's my bid, and pass - a couple of seconds later, the bidding shows up to see partner bid before me. In fact it's far slower in general; I get through considerably less hands than previously, and it often glitches out with huge gaps between the cards when you're clicking quickly. On top of the scoring issues you mentioned above.

But, it's not like Flash is a viable alternative, so you just have to put up with it.

For better or worse, that is not possible. As of yesterday, most (if not all) browsers will not run Flash applications. Adobe is blocking all access to it on 12 January, so Flash really is dead.

The silver lining is that everybody has to use the same interface so nobody has an advantage due to software.

That is true, but I don't enjoy playing robot tournaments anymore. Maybe over time I forget what flash ui felt and start again, but until it happens races are over for me.

I noticed that if you click the screen while playing the whole thing slows down. The cards almost stop mid air, if you spam clicks. The program shouldn't respond to meaningless clicks like that.

Yeah, I've noticed the same here.

And that BBO has only one interface to fix and might do so better.

One year later the ui is much better. I can play robot reaward tournaments again.
