here I also reverse 3S and 3Nt.
3S= to play 3Nt or quite slammish
3Nt some doubt about 3Nt (singleton !C or maybe 6232 xx in clubs)
4C= cog
4y nat

Note that north could probably make a COG bid on the ealier round.
