Can anyone help?
Recently, while playing casual/friendly games, players are being booted off the table for taking too long to bid, or even to play.
How should the table be set up to prevent this happening - we are only playing in a friendly four-some, non-competitively, and would happily chivvy each other via chat if players taking too long, etc. How can we stop BBO system doing this?
I assume we need to set up in CASUAL but what else?
Any help gratefully received.

+slow+ doubles it from 50 to 100. Permission sets it to infinite. But yes, it's definitely not obvious that these things are related (which is why this is the most-asked question on BBO!)

Thanks for the clarification.
It would seem elementary to dissociate this from permission to play (with default 'yes') and offer a choice of 50s/100s/unlimited (with default 100s or 'unlimited').

Sound like way too many options for my liking. Players should just start a table and get whatever BBO thinks is good for them. Options just confuse things.
