TCR Do challenges count to TCR?

No, nor robot daylongs. Only tournaments where disconnecting actually negatively affects other people at the table.

Robot tourneys (not sure about daylongs) do affect TCR as of recently, but they're +1/0 things; if you don't complete, it doesn't affect anything; if you do, it counts as a tournament for your TCR.

Of course they do, one has to shell out shekels for them ! The free daylongs get no such consideration !

So, that would be "shekel" - singular. I don't have an issue, as I don't bail on tournaments and my network is good, so don't take this as gospel, IIRC, some of the tournaments that are +1/0 are USD0.25. Having said that, don't the tournaments that want a particular TCR rating cost money?
Of course, you can just bully through the rollover, that's free.
The problem with daylongs is that they don't test the same thing - if you give up after 30 minutes (and come back), or if your connection won't reliably support 2 hours connected to BBO, you can still complete daylongs.
