Predictive text in chat box How do I remove predictive text from chat?

Every time I begin to make a comment in my chat box, a box appears with the name of a partner I played with long ago. It wants to begin the chat with that name. I have to delete it every time before I make a comment in chat. I clicked on "chat manager," and it says I haven't saved anything there. Any suggestions?

I have to laugh...I have the same problem except mine says 'forcing'. Wonder what gives?
