Download BBO Software Impossible to open/ page not found

Hi,

1.BBO download website page cannot be open.Same for update to 4.2.8 version page.My internet connection is OK.Is there any problem from BBO side?
2.A friend has changed her Windows system(from NT to XP) She would like to reinstall BBO software but apparently cannot use her pseudo and password. Should have a new pseudo? If yes should she register again with her new pseudo through several clubs (already registered as a member for tournaments?)

Have you tried going through http://online.bridgebase.com ? That might well solve the problem.
