Yes. In the monthly report you'll receive there will be an indication that the tournament did not use the code associated with your bridge organization. In that case, that tournament's results will not be displayed in the usebio, .xml, other reporting tools your NBO has, so they will not award masterpoints.
Depending on how you report tourney results to your NBO this may or may not matter. Some NBOs allow uploading results no matter if their org code is used or not, but on BBO there won't be points given and the tourney will not be linked to the rest of the virtual clubs.
