Your name should be top riught, next to it is a down arrow, click that and it shows "my profile" click that

Just below there should then be a blue button with "edit profile"

Open the Account tab on the right. Your profile immediately appears. Make whatever changes you like and click Save changes.

I have tried to change my profile several times, but it won't change. I have gone to Account and my profile appears, but I can't change anything other than my Skill Level of playing and what country I am from. The wording of how I play won't change. What do I need to do?

Just looking at your profile, it says SAYC, so you must have added that when you started originally.
On your device, select 'account'
Now you see your profile.
You can choose skill level and Country etc.


Where your name is, there is a space called 'Other' where you now have SAYC.
In the area where it says SAYC, put in whatever system etc you want.

Now the hard part,
Click "save changes" at the bottom or you will lose everything. Which is bad.

Now when you click on your name in the box at the top next to BB$ a box should appear with the new changes.

I think the option to upload a profile image is still unavailable.

Hi skyelinc, if you mean your profile on Forums (as opposed to on the BBO site)

Go to your user name in the grey box on the top right hand corner of this page
Click on your name and options will appear below it
Select profile
Click on the box "edit profile"
Make your changes, and save them
