On replenishing bbo$

It seems like something changed for auto-refill... I went below $30 but I couldn’t add money without also changing my auto-refill threshold. In any case, I want a threshold of $30 so I can always play in two-session ACBL events without manually replenishing.

Also, instead of getting “declined” when inviting a partner with too little money, please add a “waiting to replenish” message and give it some time.
