As a footnote here I should say that "Cappelletti" in Italy, is a kind of pasta filled with ricotta cheese and ham, quite similar to Ravioli (except that ravioli are not supposed to have meat in the filling).
If you mention "Cappelletti" to any italian, you may see him/her drooling perhaps, but certainly not thinking of bridge
"Tortellini" is a very similar kind of pasta.
