I am able to get to other sites, but can't get to the BBO login screen where I login. I only see the advertising side bar - but not the login screen. Anyone with advice - or is BBO having login problems today.

I checked our logs and it looks like you were able to login last night around 10:30 CT. Is it OK now?

+1.. I have encountered this problem sporadically over the past 2 or 3 days. The flash client hangs after displaying the sidebar but before loading the login form. Activity monitor shows the firefox shockwave flash plugin spinning 100% cpu. Retried after killing/closing all firefox processes, same problem. When I close the bbo window the flash process sticks around but the cpu drops to zero.
Tried logging in with Safari, the flash player uses only 3% cpu but still hangs in the same place.

Try chrome if possible. It seems to be the most reliable, and it's pretty fast usually.

The problem definitely sounds like a flash issue.

Happened to me in Chrome (Mac) - several times before it worked. As mentioned, the advertising panel filled just fine.

The ad panel is outside the Flash application frame. So if there are any issues with Flash, it won't be affected.

We haven't made any changes to the Flash application in a while.

Once you get logged in, how does the connection quality report (upper right corner) look?

It might be a problem with the newest flash player. I upgraded to 11.8.800.94 in the past week.

If I ever see it occur again, will check. I have never seen anything but solid connection. But did not think to look there when I got in.

I'm having the same problem with BBO and Chrome. I can sign in using the app on my Ipad but can't sign in on my Macbook using Chrome. It just spins. This has been going on for the past 2 days.

Just tried it with Safari on my MacBook, it works. Chrome seems to be the problem.
