Convention cards have disappeared

I went onto BBO today to start a new convention card with a player I have not played with previously. None of my previously entered cards show up and when I try to start a new one, it will not save. What has happened?

I went back into BBO about an hour after posting this and things are back as normal

We've seen this temporary problem before, but I've never been able to figure out what causes it or how to fix it.
