Check your tournament start time If you move to summer time this weekend

I probably say this most years, but if you run tournaments and regularly copy current tournaments to create future events, then you should check the start time of future events tomorrow morning if you switch to summer (daylight savings) time tonight.

Time and dates are a programming nightmare that is just made worse with daylight savings time being introduced on different weekends in the year. The BBO code is fundamentally broken in the two weeks between the Americans and Europeans changing, with the creation time and displayed time using different conversion methods, leading to potential confusion. Actually I think one uses the client's daylight savings and the other the server's, but only inspection and testing will fix it.

Of course it is not the biggest issue and we can ignore from tomorrow until the end of October.
