BBO hosts No hosts available any more

Does anyone know why there our no BBO hosts anymore? What do you do if your host is gone and you can't remove any others that are absent or misbehaving? I feel that BBO owe has gone downhill since they added the new part where you can pay extra money for no ads etc. This seems to have become a dumping part of BBO. Does anyone else feel this way?

I think someone needs to tell the hosts to move to the 'Casual' server. There are 6 online currently, but none of them on the casual server, so they show up as offline as soon as you move.

They're the online customer support people, also called "yellows" because their names have a yellow background. When you go to the People sidebar, the ones who are currently logged in are in the "Hosts" tab.

Our resources have been stretched thin. We're bringing on additional hosts to try to have them on both servers most of the time.

Either that or find a way of creating seamless communication between the servers.
Perhaps that has proved to be impossible or a distant dream.

It's something we hope to do in the future, but its complicated so we've been working on other things at the moment.
