Please recover my convention cards. It takes a long time to create them and edit them. You must have them on some back up. Just please recover them.

I sent my request to support a week ago when I first noticed the issue and got no reply.

I posted twice because I posted in the wrong forum the first time.

One of my cards has magically reappeared so if you did it, thanks. At least it was the one I most wanted.

Today, even though my recovered card has the correct partner name, it did NOT show up when we were playing so I have no idea if the opponents were assuming SAYC or not. Since my partner and I play precision, it is pretty important that we be able to use the correct card.

Can you offer any suggestions on why I couldn't see our card during the game this afternoon or should I start yet another thread?

We haven't done anything to convention cards.

But I'll see if we can recover your cards from a couple of weeks ago.
