I have recently started setting up a table under casual option. I've observed that as Host, you and your partner are dealt invariably a weak to very weak hands while opponents most of the time get strong to powerful hands. It happens irrespective of the position (N-E-S-W) you occupy as Host. Looks like, 'host' position triggers some sort of a flag in the system as a result cards are dealt in a set pattern. Has anyone noticed this as well? Is there a way to get the cards dealt randomly rather than in a set pattern? All four of us are relatively beginners to the game and are passionate about improving ......

Cards are dealt randomly; you are imagining it.

Over your last 206 hands, you and your partner have averaged 20.2 points per hand, and your opponents 19.8.

Sounds like you are a very unlucky person. Obviously you should let the other pair start the table so they will get the bad cards, but maybe you are so unlucky that your side will still end up with substantially worse hands. If that happens, you can create a new username and maybe the BBO card dealer won't recognize you and automatically give you bad hands.
