Establishing pairs tourney

We are a bridge club of 10 people. So far we set on BBO matches with participation of 8 people (4 pairs) and 2 people could not take part. Is it possible to establish on BBO a tourney of 5 pairs and how to do it ? Would appreciate an advise.

Essentially you need to speak to your NBO as BBO is too busy to deal with every individual club at the moment.
