I am looking for help using BBOalert. Does anyone have their Convention card set up in a Google Doc so it can be exported into BBOalert? I have started but I can't tell if it is working correctly. Would it be possible to get a copy of yours? Or just some instruction about how to write the alerts. I'm not entirely sure where I need commas, etc.

It is not particularly intuitive how to download files from the github systems folder and some less technical users might give up right there - including some easy to find instructions about downloading would be useful.
Also a simple sample file for basic 2/1 which people can read and edit would help: I remember a (useful) "Hello world" level example and then an intimidating exhaustive definition of a professional system, but nothing inbetween.
Maybe I was just in a hurry. I'll give it a try in any case as soon as I can play on BBO with a partner.

While in the systems folder, the README.md file is opened with the instructions how to handle sample files :
"To load this data into BBOalert :
select the file
click 'Raw' button
Ctrl-A to select all text
Ctrl-C to copy it to the clipboard
click 'Import' button on BBO/BBOalert"
From the clipboard you can paste the data to the text editor of your choice.
The clipboard has been chosen as universal mechanism of transferring data.

Are you sure, you clicked 'Raw' after you clicked at the system file of your choice ?
Normally you should get something like this page (I selected Ambra as example)
https://raw.githubus...stems/Ambra.txt
If you select all text (Ctrl-A) and copy it (Ctrl-C) and 'Import' you will get : 2949 records imported
The valid BBOalert data is recognized by the BBOalert keyword at the beginning of the file.
Two more remarks :
- the actual version is 3.0.2. Installation links :
https://chrome.googl...lkeemegdhehnlcf
https://addons.mozil...addon/bboalert/
- the users group on Facebook. https://www.facebook...06384146770707/ is the appropriate place to ask any questions and to be informed about new releases.
