Is there a list of which movements BBO will assign for various table numbers in a clocked, barometer matchpoint movement?
I'm asking because it would be nice to know in advance which movements will include a revenge round - that way more standby players can be added until a better format is achieved.
Thanks!

In the virtual club games they have added options to avoid these. +howell+ and +roundsx+ creates a one-winner game with one stationary pair in each section (max 15 tables) while the rest rotate from 2NS to highest NS then highest EW down to 1EW, then 2NS, with the second command telling the system how many rounds to play. They've also given us a +hm18+ command for 18-board games that specifies a one-winner movement with 3-5 tables and a suitable number of boards per round: the only one with a revenge round is the 3-table game. If you stick to Mitchells you need enough tables to avoid revenge rounds, but the Howell option works well to avoid these until you have enough entries to delete the command.

Hmm. I know it would be more confusing, but would it be more accurate (and make Vampyr happy) if we herringboned that "volleyball" movement? do what you said, but after the move, swap directions at every even table? (the people going up still go up until they hit the top, the people going down still go down, it's just that each second table is permanently arrow-switched)
Maybe it would by *a lot* more confusing.

Thanks, that's exactly the kind of solution I am after.
Do you know where I would enter that "+howell+" code in a free tournament? Might not be possible, but I'll be directing virtual club games soon I think so this is great.
Edit: I've learned that I would add that in the tourney description from a club account. But I hear it will work from all TD accounts with the next update - excellent.
