Registering on bridgebase Problem

I want to play bridge on line with my sister but she has been trying for days to register on bridgebase and every time she clicks on 'play bridge' she says that she gets the whirling circle but is never able to connect to the login/register screen. Any ideas as to what she can do?

My SWAG (Scientific Wild-Assed Guess) is that she has JavaScript blocked for the site. I ran into this recently with Firefox as I have the noScript add-on which had to be disabled for the bridgebase.com site.
