Displaying opps convention window too small

Hi new to BBO, when I click to display a opponents convention card, the window is always too small to read. I have to always resize/enlarge the card. This wastes valuable time in timed events. Could you display the convention card in larger window so one can at least read the general system they play with out resizing the window. I use a Firefox browser on a PC to play.

Also I'm not sure how the convention card comes about, but display it as ACBL style is less than ideal (the format is very cramped, hard to read and things are not arranged logically - sorry ACBL, but look to Aus/NZ or EBU for just how much neater it could be). Perhaps WBF style or a simple set of rows of text (with summary, 1-level openings, 2-level openings, and carding to start) might be easier. The fact that the window starts so small and scrolled to an apparently random part of the ACBL card doesn't help.
