double/redouble inactive click ii cant double or redouble

anyone experinced this problem? i’ve been living with it for about 1-2 months on my apple mobile.
i cant double nor redouble.
uninstalled&reinstalled the app: no success.
any suggestions?

This has been reported numerous times.

Double doesn't work in the anonymous games on iOS devices. We know about it, we don't have a solution.
