After the start of the tournament, if 1 pair fails to start, it gets replaced with 2 sitouts.
There is no way to substitute the sitouts for players, it gives you failure all the time, it says "probably because someone else accepted the sustitution before", but that is wrong.
The only way to sustitute them is to sustitute for any at random, highly undesirable.

Today I was able to replace sitouts for people I wanted, I used an older client (Flash) to do so.
