When you complete a tournament(or group challenge) and the tournament isn't completed, you will receive a popup window that you can view provisional results.
But if you don't save the web address for it and close the window, you can't view provisional results further. Only because there's no entrance for that...I suggest there should be an entrance in tournament/challenge. It's desirable when you click the tournament you completed, you can view the latest provisional result.

Go to Tournaments -> Complete and click on the tournament, and you'll get the popup with the link to the provisional results again.

I'm having the same issue. I completed a group challenge on my phone and the pop-up did not appear at all, and there's no way to see the provisional results unless I wait a few days for the group challenge to end.

Because of the load many of these popups are not appearing in a timely fashion. Sorry.
