BBO timeout box when no pause has occurred

Several times the box which asks if I am away from my keyboard has popped up when there has been no pause in play. The times I remember I was playing in an individual tournament (with robots of course). I was playing at a normal speed (which usually is faster than I should play). I have played one card and about to play the next one and the box pops up.

It's not a huge problem, mainly puzzling.

Thanks. I have had it happen at least one time outside the daylong, but I'm happy if they can keep the system humming along even if I get an occasional "bump."
