I just came across an entry under Competitive: ACBL Virtual Clubs. Any details available on what this is and how it works?

Those tourneys are organized by brick-and-mortar clubs, which doors are currently closed due to covid-19.

Presumably, the ACBL Virtual Clubs will be where ACBL clubs will be able to run games with only their club members participating.

BBO, ACBL, and possibly also the Common Game are working on making this a reality, hopefully within a few weeks. In the meantime we have the club benefiting black point games available.

That's exactly what it is, but it already started a couple of days ago. We started a trial with a few clubs, and we'll be opening it up to more clubs as the days go by.

Thanks for the info - hopefully one of my local clubs (South Bend Bridge Club) that has the second highest table count in Indiana will get one of the initial opportunities to participate. I’ve already collected everyone’s BBO usernames.

What is the status of this -- How do I as our local club online organizer prepare for this?

ACBL is busy setting up all ther material on their site, your club manager should hear from them when they're ready to open it up widely.
