Green vs red, you deal and pass, regretting not to play Ekren

2 passes follow, LHO opens 1NT (15-17). After vaguely toying with the idea of a Landy, you pass, LHO bids 3NT, and soon after you find yourself on lead.
Will you screw this one as well?

At least switch the round suits and make this a problem
With this hand an auction, the Ks or low spade could work, but the low heart is simply superior and I suppose a case for the TH can be made.
FWIW, if we switch the round suits, I lead the JH. Leading a minor in 1NT - 3NT is rarely correct unless my hand has more entries.

Sir,It is too much too expect at least two of the three top honors in hearts with partner,But it is not too much to expect spade Ace .My lead is the normal 4th best spade. The contract may be cold on any lead and a small spade may easily prevent the overtricks. If partner holds the Ace we may cash the first 4 tricks and if he has the J and comes in later then again if he started with Jxxx we can gather 4 tricks.NO I will NEVER lead a Heart.(No amounts of argument shall convince me to lead a heart)

Why do you imagine it to be so tough for partner to hold the QJ of hearts when it seems easy for you to imagine the spade ace? If p has the spade J we are far more likely to score only 2 spade tricks when the opps hold up the ace for 2 rounds whereas leading a small heart might readily get us 3 or even 4/5 heart tricks and might mess with the opps communications something a spade lead is highly unlikely to accomplish.
