I don't really see the problem. THe N has MASSIVE playing strength opposite a hand that can actually raise ♥.

S double is more or less insane with 0 sure tricks.

Then bid the massive playing strength AND don't show 18-21 HCP. Or take partner out since no 18-21 HCP. I don't see the problem either.
Are we going to define:
- MASSIVE playing strength
- not so MASSIVE playing strength
- minimally MASSIVE playing strength

and call each some number of HCP?
