all spade raises 24+ HCP. How to proceed? GIBidding

what do i bid? all spade raises 24+hcp as well as 3H. went for the limited bid.

I think 3S is only 16+ TP so it covers a ridiculous 14-23 or so hcp range with 4s being 24+. Yeah there's no good way to continue, you either overbid and hope partner doesn't hang you or underbid and hope partner covers you by overbidding himself or underholding as here.
