Probably. GIB doesn't really know about treating certain strong 6m(332) as balanced, unfortunately. It also doesn't know expert tricks like reversing on fragment 2nd round (2d might work), so it stuck itself without any rebid that really matches, thus this eventual weird sequence starting with the 2nt underbid.
