Gibs hand unsuitable for a jump shift.
Really shouldn't be a 4-4 heart fit to miss.
Apparently you showed a little extra. Traditional you would make you normal bid 1 level higher so 3NT.
The whole auction is a mess anyways.
Sarcasm is a state of mind

Opposite a solid suit and jump shift don't we show controls almost regardless of hand strength? I don't think GIBBO cares anyway.

According to some people, GIB is an expert declarer who plays nearly flawlessly. I see their point as GIB made the 96.1% heart play which is really 100% if you round up. After rounding, I don't know how you can complain about a 100% play.
