This is the same as if they opened 1 and we overcalled 1NT. Maybe a tad sounder, say decent 16 to modest 19 in direct seat, 15-17 in balancing seat.

Can't vote, there's no poll :). But I play it as about a good 15-18 (possibly down to a good 14 in balancing seat) with a spade stop. Systems are on.

Obviously is strong NT type.
Often i see people, "I thought it was unusual for minors" who of course end up in ridiculous contracts.

Similar to others: Natural - from a good 15 up to 18. All systems (Stayman / transfers) are on.

Those are almost always confused beginners.

Playing it as natural is totally standard. I don't think I've ever encountered anyone who had some other agreement.
