Can't start BBO on Android 5.1 Tablet

Hello,

I installed BBO on a new Terra Pad 1004 (Android 5.1). The app is opening, but hangs on start screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but problem keeps the same.
Any hints, what I could do?
