chrome browser windows 10 PC - php freezes

Hi

This freezes quite often

Sometimes I can hear the sound of cards being played but picture does not change.
Usually have to reload tab which means re-login etc. If I do this quickly enough I can get back to the table in time.
Have tried with and without ADBlock/ADBlock+
