Thus you will be familiar with the "I'm the boss!" idiom that Trump so ably reps. Top of the head outbursts. Irrational justifications. Self-aggrandized posturing. etc. etc Since they are in the lead, they must be right and are therefore justified in any and every action and situation. POTUS has just brought his persona to the international stage. Most Americans (I would expect) knew what he was on about but lethargy and indifference led to the current situation.
