What happened to "Relaxed"?

When I registered at BBO back in 2010? - under a different account which I've forgotten - "Relaxed" was the go-to place when you wanted to have a chat, or link some songs that you like, or whatever. Even if you didn't - if you just wanted to "lurk", be a part of people doing that without contributing anything - you knew where to go. People talked about recipes, politics, personal ailments, whatever, all was there.

This is gone. Now there is dead silence. You say hello, and all too often you get no reply whatsoever. And dead silence continues throughout your whole session.

So my question is, what happened? Where did all these fine people go? And why has it changed? Anybody got an answer?
