You keep saying this, so why are you posting in a public forum Is designed for discussion? Would it not have made more sense to just give a link to a document setting out the system in full?

Not quite so simple, as I have many formatting problems to solve, and want to post as much as possible as soon as possible.

Public forum opens me to public scrutiny from my peers and displays my tolerance for learners, I want and need that.
New ideas must and will be listened to, and even incorporated if good. However I must check first that it fits within the overall structure of the language.

I will compile a single file when done. B-)
